Rumer Willis – daugher of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore – is known around Hollywood as a bit of a fashion disaster, but it appears she got it right this time – with the help of a new hair color and a little black dress.
The dress revealed her new slender frame, as well as a tattoo which says, “be present.”
Rumer was also sporting a new red hair colour at the event in Los Angeles County Museum of Art event. The red color made a big difference in her complexion and the fussy, funky ‘do must’ve been cut by an amazing stylist with some amazing scissors – maybe a Yoko scissor?!
