on a budget. need something sharp, good but nothing over 40…i can spend at max around that much…
i live in canada, in quebec, so not all brands i guess would be available here. i know sephora has tweezerman, are they good? i have fine, thin, long hair (waist). have not had a trim in about 2 years. i need one but don’t want to go to a salon…
