Hehe, no. I didn't grow any facial hair until I was 18 and it kept getting thicker every year till I was 25. So just give it time.

I suggest using regular scissors to layer your hair. If you use thinning shears to layer your hair, you might thin out too much hair where it will not give you the desired style you are looking for.

Nothing can make your hair stop growing… Except for like laser treatments and really old age. And a lot of 15 year olds don’t shave and some that do don’t even need to. So no it’ll grow back, just give it time….
